Heidi Ferrell



I attribute my wealth of knowledge in this market to having lived in several cities in the DFW and surrounding areas. I have lived as far north and east as Coppell, and as far south and west as Keller and Ft. Worth, and several cities in between. Not only was I a home buyer and seller in each of these markets, I was extremely plugged in to each community. I maintain networks in those communities to this day, which keeps me up-to-date with the latest happenings around town and in the real estate market.


I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a business degree. I worked for various Fortune 500 companies which provided me excellent professional and negotiation skills needed in today’s hot real estate market.


Prior to coming into the real estate industry, I owned my own advertising and marketing business. Owning a business taught me valuable insight about client relationships – they aren’t just the length of the project, they’re for a lifetime. I learned self-motivation, determination and tenacity; all of which are characteristics of a great real estate agent. With proven results and experience, my returning clients know I’m a strong negotiator and not afraid of a tough deal. I bring those skills to every client and every contract.

I’m passionate about helping people find their new forever home. I appreciate the journey of buying a home and I love being “their person” every step of the way. I’m committed to helping clients find the home that is perfect for them in every way. I’m not just helping clients buy a home, I’m helping them put down roots and build dreams that may forever frame their lives. Clients with children choose their cities and neighborhoods carefully, because that one decision will shape their children’s lives for decades to come. A home purchase is one of the most important, and biggest investments a person will ever make. I am determined and driven to ensure it’s the right home for every client.

What Sets Me Apart

Working in the bridal industry taught me many skills that are transportable to real estate. I have an unmatched skillset for attention-to-detail. These skills are invaluable when advising a selling client on home staging. It also serves me well when searching for a buying client’s must-haves. I have other skills and characteristics that cannot be taught. I grew up in South America and moved to the U.S. when I was 15 years old. It wasn’t easy to move and begin high school in a foreign country at such a young and impressionable age. It taught me many things, but mostly it taught me to have courage and perseverance. It also taught me to get involved and network. Those skills serve me very well in real estate. I like to help people new to an area and get them started with connecting and networking, whether it’s for business, personal or volunteer opportunities. Among many things, what really sets me apart is that I’m accessible to my clients anytime, anywhere, no matter what time or day it is. DFW is a hot real estate market and timely communication is crucial.

Erica Cawly


Meet my assistant, Erica Cawley. She is originally from Massachusetts, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management/finance. She began an impressive career in investments with a nationally renowned finance company, specializing in stocks and mutual funds. After several years, she and her husband, who also works in investments, moved to Texas to further their career and to eventually start a family.

She helped build the financial firm’s Westlake branch and worked her way up to Finance Director. She managed a team that spanned from Texas to Bangalore, India. Her team moved billions of dollars in transactions and won company accuracy and other accolades.

After a wonderful career she loved, Erica eventually began working as a property inspector, which offered greater flexibility in her schedule. She gained experience in residential and commercial properties as she partnered with mortgage companies to provide occupancy statuses. She also began to work for small businesses to handle advertising, marketing, public relations and social media.

In her spare time, Erica spends time with her family, volunteers with various organizations, works out and follows a healthy lifestyle. An admitted investments geek, after she tucks in her children for the evening, you can usually find her on her laptop analyzing stock market and real estate trends.
